It shouldn't. The minimum pc specs aren't far off of the og Xbone's hardware and appear to be the same requirements for horizon 4. Plus horizon 2 on the 360 was technically a different game. It was developed by a different studio, Sumo Digital, and ran on the Horizon 1 engine. Horizon 2 on the Xbone was playground games and made on Motorsport 5
